Can someone help me interpret my Mobo's (B450 Pro Carbon) "EZ Debug" LEDs? (No boot)

Solved!

So I just finished my first PC build and I can't get a signal on my monitor. I have a B450 Pro Carbon motherboard, and it seems to be giving me a fair amount of information, but the manual doesn't seem to be enough to help me decipher it.

When I switch on the PSU, the BIOS Flashback light flashes three times. Then once I power on the system, the CPU (stock) cooler fan, GPU fans, and case fans all come on, as do all the decorative lights.

The CPU EZ Debug light comes on, then after a few seconds goes of. Then the VGA light goes on, and after a few seconds it too goes off (when it goes off the GPU fans also stop). As the VGA goes off, the BOOT light flashes for an instant - it's so brief I didn't notice it for the first time. After that nothing new happens; the DRAM light never comes on. When I power off the machine, the CPU LED flashes, then the other three flash simultaneously, then everything shuts off.

According to the mobo manual, if one of the EZ Debug lights goes on and stays on, that means there's a problem with that particular component. There's nothing explaining what my rig's behavior means, though.

At no point do I get any signal on the monitor (except what I mention below). I've tried using all three DisplayPort ports on the GPU, along with the HDMI cable.

When I have everything powered on and I switch the display port cable to a different part, the monitor's indicator light flashes, a few seconds pass, it shows "No Signal" and goes back to standby. These at least suggests the monitor is properly connected.

UPDATE: Turns out the problem was my monitor, not the PC itself. So apparently that sequence of lights means everything is working.
