I will stay in Beach Club Resort, it’s possible to eat in Yatchsman in the Yatch Club Resort?

Every amenity in Yacht and Beach Club are shared by the two resorts. That being said, you could eat there no matter where you are staying. Enjoy.

Any table service or quick service, in any resort, can be used by anyone whether they are staying at the hotel or not... You are definitely not restricted to just the places in the resort you're staying at.
There are many excellent places to eat at the resorts, and if you have the time you should definitely check them out.

Last time we were in disney we ate very bad for lack of research, this time I am making good plans.

Get yourself on the Disney Food Blog website, and on their YouTube channel. There's a huge amount of good information on there.

The only thing there not open to the public is the pool. You have to be staying at either resort to use it. (Or like when the boardwalks pool was closed, guests could use y and b pool)

You can eat at Yachtsman, but you should eat at Shulas at The Dolphin. It is ten times better.

Agreed. I've never heard anyone give a Yachtsman a good review on their steaks and for a steak house that's not good. Everyone loves Shulas and its really close by too so I second this recommendation.

Yup! The restaurants are open to everyone even those not staying at the resorts. The guards at the resort will let you in if you have a reservation for a resort restaurant, but you'll literally be right next door so you can just walk right in.
