[ERP][F4F] - After the rescue
People are always so understanding after tragedies. So quick to tell you that they know how you feel, that it's okay to be sad. It's all bullshit, a coping mechanism for people to make themselves feel better about other's suffering.
It had been over a decade since the plane dropped out of the sky. With today's technology it's hard to believe that a plane could go missing in the American wilderness, yet that's just what happened. No one ever found out why as the pilot didn't live to tell the tale, but his passengers did. Two best friend's, accompanied by one of their little sisters, were celebrating an engagement. Despite some serious bumps, cuts and bruises, the trio survived. For 12 years they kept each other alive, sharing every moment together.
Now, after all that time, they've been found. A forest ranger stumbled upon them and called it in. Medical assistance was provided and the ranger was hailed as a hero now that the trio was back with their families. However, the report he filed was false. In it he describes the scene as the three of them eating some food they had scavenged, in reality he couldn't bring himself to admit what he had actually seen.
The decades overdue fiance returned to her spouse, who had faithfully awaited her return. The friend and her sister went to their family, being meet with mountains of love and affection. Now separated from each other and back with who they were supposed to be with, the trio felt empty and divided.
Time passes, the wedding is finally done with, and the trio is fully reintegrated. It's decided mutually that they need to see each other again, for old times sake. They meet at a coffee shop, exchanging large smiles and squeals of delight after so long of being apart. Normal conversation begins, which inevitably leads to talk of their time in the forest.
Heya, I'm Kayla! Trying to get in the habit of writing more detailed prompts (even though that seems to scare most of you off. Come on guys, I don't bite. Much).
So, what happened out in the forest? What did the ranger see that he's so ashamed to recall? And what's going to happen moving forward? I'd love for us to find out (cough someone's tongue totally went up someone's butt cough)
Kinklist is here, let's get to it!
