geek squad

I geek squad service really nation wide?  I'm thinking about getting a new TV with the 5 year protection (my last two TVs have both failed within 5 years.  So they will drive to my house in the mountains that is 2 hours away from the nearest store?

Yes, but for an additional “trip charge”, which can get pricy the further away from the nearest store you live.

Somebody feel free to correct me but I could have sworn the trip charge just for delivery and installs?

It seems counter productive to charge people for a trip when they already shelled out for GSP considering the we already covering labor and parts.

My market covers a large rural area and we regularly make 2 hours trips to meet client needs.

The best answer is to contact the closet store to you and ask them yourself as it will vary depending on the market you live in.

Hopefully your zone is informing clients prior to them paying the trip charge... Also was this action cleared by district management? Seems like a loss of revenue to me.

This has to be your Field Marshall's call (a weird one at that), the entire point of bullseye is to stop losing money on extended trips and service a larger area to meet client demand, if New Order Create shows the charge and the client pays it we're supposed to make the trip.
