Is there a proper way to reinstall?

HELP

Tautulli was installed on a dying drive. I googled how to reinstall tautulli and everything I read was to delete the directory, reinstall on new drive and just copy over the database.

Now, when I open localhost:8181 it says connection refused. Is there a proper way to do a clean install?

  1. Follow the Installation instructions on the new machine/OS install.
  2. Shut down the new instance.
  3. Copy the tautulli.db from the backup over the new one
  4. ...
  5. Profit

It's a reinstall on the same machine. So same machine, different hard drive. Old hard drive is no more.

Ran through the installation again, localhost doesn't connect. I double click plexpy and tautulli.py and nothing happens. I see a quick flash of what appears to be a python command window that immediately closes.

Browser gives me "localhost refused to connect"

Thanks for the tip. I'm getting:

File "C:\PlexPy\Tautulli.py", line 38, in <module>
    import plexpy
  File "C:\PlexPy\plexpy\__init__.py", line 18, in <module>
    import sqlite3
  File "C:\Python27\lib\sqlite3\__init__.py", line 24, in <module>
    from dbapi2 import *
  File "C:\Python27\lib\sqlite3\dbapi2.py", line 28, in <module>
    from _sqlite3 import *
ImportError: DLL load failed: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

Any clue why it's not loading? I see there is a folder for sqlite3 in my python27 directory/lib.
