[MISC] Please be aware of atomy! It is an mlm.

Miscellaneous

Seen a few poverty-pushers trying to get people to sign up to the service. It doesn’t have a sign up fee, but that’s just a semi-clever way to make you think it’s not a pyramid scheme.

#Please remember that mlm’s are built around the pyramid scheme, not the product.

Glowing reviews aren’t worth a financial trap.

I love bashing mlm’s as much as the next person, but these people aren’t always aware of the dangers. r/mlmrecovery is a good place to start if you’ve misstepped.

Upvoted for awareness. Visited the website and the lingo they use is so cringe, haha.

If it's a mlm, the reviews could be left by the mlm huns. But the product itself can be purchased normally, though you receive a discount by joining. You don't particularly have to build a downline to purchase or use the product. I've known people that are just consumers of a mlm brand but don't really do the pyramid / downline building. You could also find a dupe if it's available or any.

Yeah the product could be fantastic, but their goal probably isn’t to help you find a fantastic product - it’s to get you to sign up to atomy.

I'm just talking about the product individually, not about the people trying to sign people up.

Mlm products in general are very low quality because profits are not made from general consumers. The profits are made from people joining the scheme. As a result all the money goes into marketing for new sellers and very little goes into developing a good quality product. So in theory yes it could be as good as anything else but in reality it's not

Unfortunately the people i know using it knows that but they just like to use it. To some of them, it because it's main ingredient is not found anywhere and it's working well for them.

What is the main ingredient? Honestly curious, as I can't imagine a skincare ingredient that can't be found elsewhere.

It's INCI is Adipose Derived Adult Stem Cell Conditioned Media. It's not used in conventional skin care formulations. Though i will admit that one of that brand's product is one of the reason why i started DIY my own skin care.
