Is Day 4's example 1 wrong?

Two things. A. They say "there's two strategies" but only list one. B. and more important based on the visualization isn't Guard 99 on minute 45 asleep for 3 days, where guard 10 is only asleep for 2 days?

Shouldn't the answer be 99 *45? Or am I missing something else?
