Fm on Extreme Survival(?)

Post AE you get FM from the experience you get when you finish Survival Mode but in Extreme Survival it also mentions FM as a reward, from Easy-Hard it doesn't say anything about FM. Does it give you both FM and experience? Why did they word it like that? Has anyone finished Survival on Extreme to enlighten me? Thank you!
