The Last Tiger Ch2 stealth

I can not seem to get this. Everytime some Bullshit happens and makes me fail. I even killed all the Guards, and tried to blow up the Tank, just for him to start spazzing out and drive a completely diffrent path from the one he was using before. He then literally drove past the Dynamite i placed and two of the 4 Blasts didn't hit him. Of course he knew EXACTLY where i was without even having a line of sight on me. I also tried to just sit in the AA after clearing the three guards next to it, but that apparrently didn't count either. Naturally, the game does not give you ANY silenced Weapons (Also Bullshit) Is there any way for me to do this shit without killing the guards?
