Professional Mandolin Setup?

I'm planning to buy a Mandolin for my girlfriend this Christmas and I'd like to know if anyone has recommendations for a good place to take it to have it setup properly? I live in SW Houston (Westbury), but I'm willing to travel if necessary.

I also have a fairly well worn Ovation that needs the frets redone, among other things. Learning about a luthier who can do it all would be amazing, but I'll be happy to hear any info I can get.
