Is this narcissism?

First post here, but have been in a relationship with my fiancé for a while and just need some perspective. Are these things a narcissist says? This is all after he lied to me, tried to blame me for the messed up relationships he has with his daughters and refuses to apologize for any of it. These are direct quotes.

Then he sent me a very expensive and beautiful flower arrangement yeh next day saying- Merry Christmas. I miss your face!
