What do i need to install, currently on 4.81 Rebug?

Have 4.81 Rebug which i installed a while ago and didn't really touch since, what do i need if i want to play games on 4.83 online?
Are there any tools or guides for updating to 4.83 and using a more recent CFW?
Sorry for the question, just kinda confused atm
