Freaking out father

So almost a year ago today my wife gave birth to my daughter and we almost lost my wife due to a ruptured uterus. And now today we are back in the ER due to heavy bleeding are thinking it was a hematoma she had still the doctor had just released her back to work she to it being fairly small now but I am thinking it was to soon. Today when when we going to be picking up our kids she started complaining of pain and could not see out of an eye. Not sure why I am posting just freaking out with our little one finally falling asleep in my arms.

Update so turns out she was about 6 weeks pregnant but we are thinking she lost the pregnancy we are going to her ob on Friday to check Hormones levels and see if they go up she is still pregnant and if they go down she lost it
