Too much stress.

I'm crashing pretty badly.

With all the stress, it's making it worse.

But my psychiatrist doesn't want to put me on much of anything else in fear of a serotonin overdose.

I'm really not sure what else I can do.

I'm on Trintillex, Doxepin, Seroquel, Gabapentin... I think that's it.
