Returning to game after 6 years, bunch of questions
So im thinking about getting back in the game. I played since pre big bang until about 2012. Ive been playing MapleStory2 for the past month but starting to get bored of it. Ive been trying to find info on what's changed and how to start a new, and it looks like with the Tera burning event this sounds like a good time to do. I read the reboot google doc that was really informative but I had some questions that I couldn't find in the guide. All these questions I would like to know for both reboot/normal, as I'm still undecided which I want to join.

How much daily upkeep is required? Now that I'm working a full time job I have maybe a few hours of play time a day on weekdays, sometimes none if busy, and more on weekends, so with possibly varying schedules would I feel like I'm missing out on a lot if I can't log in daily?

What are the typical ways to make mesos nowadays? I was big on merchanting back when FM was still present but it's to my understanding that's not really a thing anymore.

Piggybacking on that question, specifically for reboot, Im aware that compared to normal servers it'd be more of a grind to get equipment but is it a significantly more tedious grind to progress on gear compared to normal servers? Some concrete examples like how many hours/days to see progression I think would help.

For the Tera burning event, are there any broad suggestions as to classes to pick/stay away from given that I'd be starting unfunded? I have a preference for high mobility classes that isn't just 1 button mashing. I played Aran and dual blade back then and really enjoyed the multi skill combos of dragging monsters to corners then mobbing them.

In regards to normal servers, is there an estimate amount of NX that would be needed to be considered decently funded? Don't have to be god tier or anything and not completely opposed to spending money so just curious as to what I'd be getting myself into.
Thanks for reading!
