Possible C.A.M.P. Turret Bug

Hey all, so I just encountered this strange happening today. I'm not sure if it was a bug or what. The gist of it is that I accidentally became wanted and fast traveled back to my C.A.M.P., at which there are 3 Mk1 turrets. I was promptly found by a level 38 (I'm level 10) who killed me with relative ease. After my respawn I came back to my C.A.M.P. and low and behold, my own turrets began to shoot at me! The strange part was, they did no damage. They appeared red (enemy) on my HUD, and when I tried to shoot them I also did no damage. Storing them and replacing them did not work either and they continued to shoot at me. I fixed it by storing them and restarting the game. Anyone else had this issue, or am I missing something?
