What are the base HPs and ATK for the enemies/bosses/playable characters?

I need to have the base health mostly because I'm doing stuff for the wiki downstream. Attack definitely as well, I can just replay Hylics though to find out the special attacks from Gibby and ETC. with some good old 999 hotdog stalling.
