Driving Mode?

Sorry for the dumb post here. After the last update, I got a notification on my phone to enable Driving Mode. When I clicked on it, it brought me to a screen saying Google Play Services needed some additional permissions. I backed out of it because I was headed to a meeting, but now I can't figure out how to get back there. Is there a native Drive Mode/Car Mode on the S9, and how do I enable it?
