AT2020+ USB not recording any audio on Mac

Brand new to this sub, just have a quick question.

Just bought a brand new Audio Technica AT2020+ USB, literally just took it out of the box. Installed the drivers and it shows up, but I can't hear anything at all no matter what I do. The input is selected as the AT2020 and the output is to either my headphones or the speaker, but for some reason it's not showing any sign of audio whatsoever. The only time I can hear myself is when there's a headphone plugged directly into the mic, but then I am unable to record anything still.

I have unplugged and plugged the mic back in, I have restarted my computer, I have tried different USB Ports, still absolutely nothing. I'm becoming super frustrated.

Anybody know any way of fixing this? Tried googling everything and have tried just about everything.
