Polydrug user: running out of options of drugs to use

I can no longer use a good portion of the major drug classes due to health issues. Off limits now are stimulants, psychedelics, and dissociatives. I have always been more of a downers person anyways.

However, I am highly experienced with the dead end of addictive downers like opioids and benzos, it always leads to that point where you can't get high anymore and you are just staying well.

I don't know what drugs to do anymore now. I try to limit opiate and benzo use to a few times a week so i won't get addicted again, but i need a drug i can do all the time. I guess weed is the only answer., but I'm open to suggestions.
