HELP: So, I need help. I have a rental that needs exterior paint to pass a section 8 (HUD) inspection. Problem is, it’s 20 degrees here. I was told they make a “low temp. exterior paint” for this job, but my paint guy said that doesn’t matter. So, I’m asking the pros! Thanks in advance!
