The engine fails to start and the car battery leaks.

Every car I have found their engines make a rapid clicking sound followed by a battery power drain, the latest one has the battery and engine (not faulty) on green condition so I don't know what is causing the problem, I found before a somewhat battered armored car which worked for some days until it decided to "screw it I'll fuck up your battery" and now my quest to find a serviceable vehicle is getting bleak.
