Virtual Location not working with new update

Hello! iPhone X here and updated to 12.1.1 today; now the virtual location on iTools isn't working at all. Is there a way to uninstall this update and go back to the previous iOS? I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to computer stuff so I'm not sure if it was this update that did it or what.
