Stop my birth control or not

Been on loestrin 20 for about 3 months almost. I’m sick to death of it. The side effects are pretty bad and my boobs have been constantly heavy and sore ever since I started taking it, keeping in mind they’re pretty big. I constantly cry and get angry at everything and I’m pretty much just a raging psycho bitch. my sex drive is non existent and I really am just not myself at all. I know the side effects are supposed to ware off in a few month but I really don’t know if I can deal with them anymore, it’s really effecting my whole life atm.

I don’t know if I should carry on with it or stop altogether?!
