Launching Game Freezes Computer for Minutes

Anyone else experiencing a problem where launching HotS from the Blizzard Launcher causes their computer to freeze? After this time frame everything works as normal. Scanned and repaired the game. Redownloaded. Nothing seems to fix this. Any suggestions or anyone experiencing this too?
