Are t440s 6-cell batteries with less than 72Wh genuine?

The t440s has two battery types you can put in the slice: A thin 3-cell one and a thick 6-cell with a bulge. On the Lenovo website and all t440s reviews I can find, the 6-cell is quoted as having 72Wh of capacity. However, I found items like this and this which claim to be genuine, have the Lenovo logo, and are shaped identically to the 72Wh batteries. However, they are cheaper than the 72Wh batteries and have 48 and 58 watt-hour capacities on their labels, respectively. Did Lenovo ever manufacture such batteries?

EDIT: The Ebay listing, at least, seems to have a doctored image of the label...the voltage and capacity text seems to be brighter and have sharper edges than the rest of the text, as if someone just used the Photoshop text tool.
