Suprising Stat: Sean McDermott is one of the most aggressive coaches in the NFL when it comes to going for it on 4th and 1

Recently there was a post in r/nfl breaking down how often coaches go for it on 4th and 1

Strangely Sean McDermott, a defensive minded coach, is 3rd on the list. Now I thought to myself how could this be true we've criticized Sean McDermott for not going for it multiple times have we not? Perhaps it was because we have been caught in close games several times under the current regime and needed to go for it or lose the game. The problem is as I was going through the replies to the post someone else had posted a chart that only counted situations where it was not critical to go for it on 4th and McDermott ranks 2nd! Not only this but he is surrounded by offensive minded coaches like Anthony Lynn, Sean Payton, and Doug Peterson.

My point is the I'm just genuinely surprised how aggressive McDermott actually is. Anyone else share my opinion here?
