Enemy hero 100% success chance for wounding?

So, there's currently a bug that gives your heroes 100% chance success to do anything.

I'm running into a problem where I can't field agents effectively on my VC campaign because the Greenskins are churning out gobbos that instantly wound any hero I move out of Sylvania. Like, the moment I move a hero into their field of vision they bee line towards it and wound it in one turn. My chances for wounding their heroes are oddly low as well; normally it was about 50%, and now it's always less than 40%. Is this a bug of some kind?
