[USA-TX] [H] Paypal, Local [W] single fan or "mini" gpu heatsink or broken "mini" gpu

Looking to buy a "mini" heatsink for my brothers gpu, he has a 1060 3gb "gaming" and its has what can only be compared to a intel stock heatsink that runs hot. It needs to be from a card with a power delivery on the side with the display connectors. I would also be ok with just buying a broken gpu so i could retro fit the heatsink on it, also has to only be 2 slots, i wish i could just get a accelero but it will not fit.
Currently it gets to 80c and with the fan somewhat loud, i don't have a lot to spend on this as it's more of a experiment but i would also like to keep it more quiet. Pm me if you have a card thats broken with one fan or a heatsink you don't need. In a perfect world someone would have a 1060 sc heatsink or a zotac mini heatsink (like the one on the 970) as these would work perfectly for what i need.
