A stranger touched me at the gym during my workout

I recently moved to a new state, and I know very few people outside of work yet. I workout everyday after work to kill time.

Tonight I had been at the gym for about 45 minutes already and was using the pulldown exercise machine. (Keep in mind the gym was quite busy and there were at least 8-12 people around me on machines as well) I had headphones in and not really paying attention to the people around me, when a man roughly 10+ years older than me, knelt behind me and put his hands on my waist and the small of my back. I took out my headphones was totally caught off guard and he said something to the effect of, "you look great, but if you do..." I snapped at him and said "SERIOUSLY? I don't want your advice!" and walked to the locker room.

I was flustered and upset, so I grabbed my things and headed out to my car. THE SAME DUDE was waiting out in the parking lot for me and started to say "sorry" he only though I was cute, so I yelled "Don't touch girls you don't know!" and walked to car that wasn't mine before I saw him go back inside.

I am SO angry right now, I shouldn't have to worry about strangers touching me in me in the gym, I shouldn't have to walk to car hat isn't mine because I'm nervous that this guy will try and follow me. I'm just so angry. This happened less than an hour ago. I don't know if I should've reported him to the gym or if that's even realistic? Like I said, I'm just angry.

In case people ask, no he did not work for the gym.
