[Meta] Feature request: Allow OP to reply to the no-meta sticky with [Meta] to switch the post to meta.

It would be nice if OP was able to re-flair their post as meta by replying to the meta sticky. When posting there is no indication of the no-meta stuff, and re-posting with a new title can be cumbersome. I'm not sure how hard this would be to do, or if anyone would even want it. This is just a feature request.
