Infuriating Earth Spirit bug.

The bug in question. Sometimes when I double tap remnant key to spawn one on top of me, the game instead spawns two remnants on my cursor. I don't have quickcast enabled on remnant. This has happened to me many times and subsequently it has lost me lots of teamfights.
