Recently Installed Schluter Tile Popping Up

We recently replaced the kitchen, bathrooms and the laundry room all with tile using the Schluter system. We have a two story house with full basement built around 20 years ago. Used a reputable and well known flooring company and one of their best installers. Tile is amazing beautiful however...

Second floor master bathroom tile has started wobbling in place and pulling grout up with it in one spot. It gets worse each week. There’s one spot in the laundry room that you can hear a popping noise when you step on the tile at the right angle and a few of the kitchen tile in various places I can feel them wobble if I really try to press up and down.

The installer came back out and said he’s going to repair the bad spots. Flooring company confirms they will fix. But, I have developed this paranoia over this floor. I don’t let my kids jump on the floor. I cringe when my husband walks quickly on it. I hate that I worry so much about this stupid floor. Also, I just finished putting back all the trim and it took me forever.

What is happening here that is causing this? If they repair the “bad spots” is this going to happen again? Do I push them to redo the whole thing?
