Dead Rising 4 Lag after Nvidia Update

I have been playing Dead Rising 4 on my higher end PC for about 4 weeks at very high settings. I have had no lag whatsoever. I use Nvidia GeForce Experience to set my games to Optimal. Last night I performed the latest update to my GeForce software and my DR4 game is laggy as hell. I can play other games just fine. I tried to do a reinstall driver and perform a custom/clean install. I went into the Nvidia console and reset the settings. I even set the game to High Priority. None of that helps and I don't want to run the game on Potato mode just to finish.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions
