Wifi

I'm in one of the res halls and I've noticed that my download speed on my Xbox One console (for, say, updating a relatively small game) is so slow that it takes awhile and a half. Is this normal for rit-legacy wifi or is there something on my end? Thanks!

Download speed is 3.15mbps. Upload speed is 0.98mbps.
