Vindicator Of They Class acting wonky

So, I've had my VoT banked for a while and I'm just now getting to trying to rank it up. Unfortunately, there are no class points dropping for me. I just switched to another class and it works just fine. I'm getting XP and Gold drops, but no CP. I just want to rank it up.
