2004 Toyota Tacoma 4WD which control arm would you get? How do you choose?

There's so many options. I guess I'd usually go with Moog but they show up under "economy" on Rock Auto. Does that mean anything?

Also, I was leaning towards doing a "loaded" new arm so that I don't have to deal with taking the old arms to a machine shop. Would you do that?
