Want to develop better gaming habbits, not quit

I like video games, and they aren't as problematic in my life as they could be. I'm not missing work because I wanna play games, I'm still eating, showering and taking care of myself, however, gaming does get in the way of me living life.

I don't really have career aspirations, although I've had long standing dreams of stand up comedy, video game development, music writing/production, hell even making let's plays.

Despite these desires, I always spend my time playing games or binging shows. I don't think at any point in my life I've been truly driven to learn something new or improve myself.

Now I don't wanna quit gaming, it's always been a big part of my life and I enjoy it immensely. But I'm also 22 and have nothing to show for the first quarter of my life.

How do I become more motivated without completely removing the things I love about life from it
