How to Make the Most of Visiting a Naturopath?

Next week I am going to see Dr. Cheri King at Boulder Natural Health, after months of debating about whether or not I could afford to go. Because of how broke I am, I am wanting to have the best possible outcome, with the fewest visits. What can I do to ensure the most productive visit(s) possible?

Obviously I will follow all of her directions to a T, and if she mentions any vitamins or supplements I will double check with her which brands to take.

I have already filled out all of the required new patient forms. I have also typed up a medical history of myself and all possibly related symptoms for my entire life (I believe I've had candida for either 5 or 20 years) - this way I don't have to try and remember stuff in the meeting, and also I'm sure she can read my history faster than I can speak it to her. Also, I'm going to type up a write up of all of the different anti fungals that I have tried, and any results I've had, and also any other supplements (for adrenal fatigue, and leaky gut).

Should I bring a list of all of the different treatment methods that I've seen mentioned here and elsewhere on the web? Or just let her tell me her way of treating everything?

Thanks in advance for any advice or insight!
