If you make fusion cores rarer and less durable, make them lighter

so we can salt away a bunch instead of worrying about them constantly.

(But to be honest, I don't like the idea of fusion cores being that short-living since Fallout 4. It's freaking nuclear core, not an alkaine battery! It was supposed to power up armor for years! I'd rather prefer these cores to be rare and expensive, but last for like a week or so.)
