Leavers in rank possible solution.

Yes, it’s annoying when a teammate leaves in rank 4v5 is a massive disadvantage. Solution why not fill that empty slot with a player that if you win they get the full win but if the team loses they don’t lose anything. You could also have this as an opt in feature. You would have to manually turn it on to be opted in to join rank matches in progress. (Negative side you may end up with lower ranks in game but hey 5v5 better than 4v5 at least then they are roaming cameras).

Also another idea let’s turn off friendly fire for the first 5 seconds of each round.
