On demand movies not downloading

Over the past few months any time I try to watch an on demand movie, there is always an issue. Previously the movie just wouldn’t download. Tonight the first ten minutes played fine, and then the rest wouldn’t buffer. I set it to record and an hour later it still hasn’t downloaded. I have high speed internet with nothing else running, so I know it isn’t a bandwidth issue. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?
