Weight gain after diagnosis?

Was diagnosed about a month and a half ago - still not sure which type. I was spilling keytones, weight loss of 30 lbs, ect.

After starting Insulin I have gained about 7 pounds while eating MUCH healthier than I did before.

Is this normal after getting BG somewhat under control?
