How can I fix my broken fan?

So today I came home from school to see water all over my table and my pc.This morning I left my water on the table and my cat knocked it over and it fell on the pc.Now one of the fans stopped working,also the lights on the fan stopped working too. My pc was fine though.I checked everything but couldn’t figure out why my fan stopped working.Any solutions?
