Summoned to jury duty as I am establishing domicile in another state

Other Civil Matters

Background:

I grew up in New Jersey, but now I attend a university in Virginia. My first year I lived on campus, so my permanent residency was back home in NJ, but this year I am renting an apartment in VA. However, as I go into this spring semester, my parents and I have decided that I will be financially independent going forward (for personal reasons). So I will now be living in VA for the foreseeable future.

I have been living here in VA for roughly six months already (with my perm. address back in NJ) and am now in the process of moving my permanent residency to VA and establishing domicile. So far I have changed my mailing address to my current place in VA, as well as my voter registration and bank information. In the next few days I will be looking into getting a VA license and changing the other car related stuff.

The problem:

A couple weeks ago my parents notified me that I received a summons for jury duty back in NJ. With all the changes happening in my life right now, it completely slipped my mind. I received another letter today, this time the juror questionnaire, also back in NJ (I only just changed my mailing address earlier today). The very first question is: "Are you a resident of (my previous home county)?"

So my question is do I answer yes or no? Am I still an NJ resident because I have not yet been granted domicile by VA? In addition, there is a change of address section on the questionnaire. Should I answer no and then put in my new residence?
