Hey every one. I'm in some need of advice.

Sorry in advance for formatting, spelling and grammar.

So a little background: I have been working at the same place for over 5 years and it has been while I have been here that I publicly came out and had my name changed. I need out of where I am working, due to many reasons that I'm not going to waste your time with. I was hanging out with my brother last weekend and he had a couple friends over. One of them is a supervisor where she works and was telling me all about the job. Aperently she told my brother that if I truly am interested in the job then I need to get my resume ready. Herein lies the issue. Most of the places I have worked have closed and none of them would have my new name on file.

So what do I need to do? Do I still put everything that I would normally or do I only include where I am now? Or do I need to somewhere indicate the former name to eliminate confusion? Then that leaves what do I wear to an interview but I will probably come back and talk about that one at a later time.

This is all new ground for me so I'm like totally at a loss. the job would be really good so I want to get this right. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
