Thoughts on The Raleigh Apartments?

I was going to sign at Kensington, but I just found this place called The Raleigh Apartments. Its a little around 1090$ for 2 bed one bath, and its close to north campus and a mall. Its on 740 Smallwood Dr. Anyone lived there?
