Pityriasis Rosea morphing into something else?. In October I was diagnosed with pityriasis rosea about my body. It's fading now but my arm which has looked like this from day one of the P.R hasn't been getting better. Used anti fungal (clotrimazole) didn't budge an inch. Itches when dry.
