Some players are able to headshot easier than others

We ran some tests tonight because in free roam it seems like some players are godlike and will insta headshot you and never miss.

We tested multiple guns and it seems to boil down to latency and weapon sway. Taking tonics will certainly help, but the player with the better connection almost always wins
