Endo and relationships?

Sorry if this is a bit of a vent post, I just dont really know what to do at the moment. Ive been in a relationship for a few years, and was diagnosed with endo soon after meeting my partner in 2013. He said that he would help me and support me, but when I ask for his help with day to day life, he helps me in such a way that I feel like I'm just this massive burden. I have stage 4 aggressive endo, I've had 3 exercision surgeries in 3 years, and I'm often in and out of hospital and bed ridden. I ask for his help with things like getting me a hot water bottle, or grabbing my tablets from upstairs, or making me some scrambled eggs to eat. But he seems to be annoyed that I cant "look after" myself. Despite the fact that I still keep the house clean, do our washing throughout the week and try to help him with his chronic back pain as best as possible. Would he be better off if I was to leave so he didnt have to look after me? Do you guys ever feel like you're burdening your SO? Is there anything I can do to make his life easier? Help :(
